We are looking for a high performing m/f/x Sales Manager to help us achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets, keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximising the potential of our sales team, developing sales plans and creating new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and revenue targets through successful management of the sales cycle
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
  • Recruit, target, coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives
  • Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with customers by working with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market changes, being fully aware of new products and the competitive situation.

Skills and qualifications required

  • Degree in Business Studies or related field or relevant commercial experience
  • Previous successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Commitment to learning through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Italian C1
  • English C1
